About
I’m a software engineer based out of the Chicagoland area. I’ve worked at a variety of tech companies (big/small, consumer/enterprise) and I’m currently a senior software engineer at Runlayer, where we’re bridging the gap to make MCP, agents, and skills work securely for enterprises.
I grew up in the northeastern suburbs of Illinois and went to college at UIUC. I spent three really formative years living in San Francisco during my stints at YouTube and Glean and learned a lot about software, the Pacific Ocean, and life while I was there. Nowadays when I’m not working, you can find me becoming a slightly less trash tennis player, pretending I don’t know how to play poker, skiing, or trying to apply the Unix philosophy to all aspects of my life.
I’m not really active on any social media, even if I have accounts, so the best way to reach me is by email at aidan@sochow.ski.
